준비한 족발을 냄비에 담고 물을 족발이2/4 정도 담길
정도로 부어 준다。 아니
물을 조금 더 넉넉히 부음 좋다。
그리고。양파 하나를 반
잘라 넣어 주고 마늘 다진거나 마늘 몇쪽을 넣어준다。
3쪽 정도 。
그리고。
된장 한 큰술 간장은 적당히 부어준다 적당히 후추랑。
그리고。
조금 끌이다가 쇠주를 넣어준다。
좀더 익으면 설탕을 5스픈 정도 물엿한 3스픈정도 넣어 준다。

잊지 말아야 할껀 센불이 아니고
약한불로 한다。 중간 중간
맛을 보고。

파는 족발이랑 다른건 족발엔 원래 살이 별로 없다。
그래서 파는 족발엔 머?
살이나 후지살을 더해서 삶아서 같이 포장하여 판매하고 있기 때문에
100%순수 족발살이 아니란걸 알아야 한다。
